Vicki Fleming is the principal of Konawa Elementary School. She can be reached at 580-925-3118, extension 240. Mrs. Fleming is a 1969 graduate of Warner High School. She has an Associate of Science degree from Conner's State College and a Master of Elementary Administration degree from East Central State University. Mrs. Fleming has been teaching in Konawa since 1989 and has served as a classroom teacher, technology coordinator, and assistant principal. Her prior teaching jobs were Gum Springs Elementary schools, Gore Public Schools, Nowata Public Schools, and Rattan Public Schools. She is also a Love-N-Logic certified facilitator and a certified trainer. |

Billie went to work at Willard Bayless Drug Store and Douthit Drugstore for twelve years before she started working at Konawa. Toni Shamley graduated in 1979 from Enid High School. In 1982, she earned a bachelor's degree from East Central Oklahama University in Ada, Oklahoma, where her studies included special education, elementary educations, and early childhood. Her first year to teach at Konawa was 2003. Toni's career includes fourteen years on the faculty at Pauls Valley, two years and Ringling, and one year at Chandler Public Schools. She was Teacher of the Year at the Pauls Valley Early Learning Center, is a Great Expectations Instructor, and is a member of the Educator's Leadership Academy. |

Misty Douthit is the special education teacher for first grade through third grade. She graduated from Seminole Public Schools in 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in special education. Before teaching at Konawa, Misty taught at Paden Public Schools and Tecumseh Public Schools. She holds certification in the areas of mental retardation, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and other health impairments. |

Anna Reece is the special education teacher for fourth grade through sixth grade. A 1993 graduate from Butner Public Schools in Cromwell, Oklahoma, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in special education, from East Central University in 1999. Anna holds certification in both Mental Retardation and Learning Disabilities. She taught in a private school prior to joining the Konawa faculty in 2001. In addition to being a dedicated teacher, Anna also loves to read, cook, garden, and exercise. |

Tonra Morrison is the speech teacher at Konawa Elementary School. She graduated from Wetumka High School in 1973 and has a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in speech and language pathology. Tonra taught at Latta, McLoud, Henryetta, Fairfax, and Wetumka Public Schools before coming to Konawa in 2000. |

Laura Doner supervises the elementary computer lab for reading, math, grammar, spelling, Accelerated Reader, and Reading Plus programs. She graduated from Byng High School in 1987. Laura first started at Konawa Elementary 2003-04 as a Teacher's Assistant in Pre-K with Teresa Townley. She moved to the elementary computer lab the following school year. Before acquiring the position at Konawa, she worked several years in Ada at various secretarial capacities. |
